Position Details
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule, split between in-clinic visits and fluoroscopy-guided procedures
- Join a busy, established team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
- Located on the second floor of a newly constructed orthopedic center adjacent to the hospital
- Collaborative, team-based environment focused on treating the whole personnot just the pain
- Call requirement: 10 days per month (primarily telephone inquiries)
Scope of Services
Candidates should be experienced and comfortable with:
- Chronic spine and joint pain management
- Cancer pain management
- Opioid and non-opioid pain treatment
- Ketamine infusions
- Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implantation and management
- Intrathecal pump implantation and management (including dye studies)
- Neurolytic blocks
- Lumbar discography
- Radiofrequency ablation, including cooled techniques
- Sympathetic blocks
- Spinal injections and epidural blood patch
- Rib blocks and continuous epidural placement
- Joint and soft tissue injections
- Kyphoplasty and Vertiflex procedures
- Intrathecal baclofen spasticity management
