Position Details

  • Surgical First Assist - 10 shifts per month (additional shifts compensated at $200/shift).

  • Hospital Rounding & Clinic Duties - See 15-20 patients per day in a collaborative setting.

  • Diverse Case Mix - Includes general surgery, GI procedures, and wound care (including hyperbaric oxygen therapy).

  • Call Schedule - Equally shared among the team, ensuring work-life balance.
 
Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in surgery preferred - Open to motivated candidates eager to learn.

  • Passion for team-based patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
