Position Detail
UP Health System - Portage invites BE/BC Internal Medicine or Adult-only Family Medicine physicians with a special interest in Geriatrics to apply for our full turnkey practice in the scenic town of Hancock, Michigan. This outpatient-only position offers a perfect blend of professional fulfillment and quality of life.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with shared phone-only call. No inpatient responsibilities.
- Patient Population: Adult patients only - no pediatrics.
- Practice Environment: A well-established practice with tremendous growth opportunities.

Visa Support:
- J-1 Waiver: State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty.
- H-1B: Support via the H-1B lottery.
