Position Details:

• Haywood Regional Medical Center's Mountain Medical Associates in Waynesville, NC

• Full time, hospital employed, established, multi-specialty practice

• Mountain Medical Associates is composed of primary care, GI, Neurology, and Rheumatology providers all housed under one roof

• Mentorship available with BC Dr. Filberto Colon

• Mix of clinic and hospital procedures, advanced procedures welcomed

• General GI and ERCP equipment available:

  • Conmed Bicap 3 snare

  • Endostat 3

  • EndoStratus irrigation

  • Olympus Series 190 scopes for Colon, EGD, and ERCP

• Dedicated Endoscopy Suite with experienced staff

• Flexible schedule options for work/life balance, will consider traditional scheduled or block scheduling

• Clinic EMR - Athena, Hospital EMR - Paragon

• 24/7/365 Hospitalist program

• Shared call - 10 days per month
