Position Details

• Setting:
  • Joining IM physician in growing practice with full support staff
  • Primarily outpatient only in clinic setting
  • Shared call rotation with internal medicine physicians for after‑hours coverage
• Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday: 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • One weekday shift: 11:00 am-7:00 pm
• EMR Systems: Athena (clinic) and Paragon (hospital) for seamless patient care continuity.
• Daily patient load: approximately 20-22 patients/day

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience in primary care or ICU settings
• Prefer candidates with experience in geriatric medicine, diabetes management, or rheumatology

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $145,000
• Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: $15,000
• Student Loan Repayment: $5,000/year
• CME Allowance: $2,500/year
• Paid Time Off: 30 days (including holidays)
