Outpatient-only practice
Established team: 1 ENT physician + 2 APPs
Strong clinical and administrative support
Modern clinic with Athena EMR
Monday-Thursday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Dedicated OR day
Manageable volume: ~15 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary with wRVU productivity bonus (3-year guaranteed base of $365,000)
$25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
